  • All of the alarm systems of our clients are linked to our 24/7 National Control Room. Our experienced staff are trained to act accordingly in every situation.
  • Our 24/7 National Control Room are intruder proof and adhere to the standards as set out by SAIDSA.
  • We have backup servers and base stations (hardware receiving the alarm signals) to ensure that we don't have any downtime and that we can monitor your alarm system 24/7.
  • Our 24/7 National Control Room are supplied by the following power sources:
  • Power supplied by the local municipality.
  • An inverter that are linked to batteries.
  • A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) - the UPS is used in conjunction with the inverter, ensuring that there is a backup in the case that the inverter is faulty; and
  • A generator.
  • All of these power sources are used in conjunction with one another to ensure that our control room has no downtime.
  • Management and support staff are available 24/7 to ensure that all matters are attended to. This further ensures that we don't have downtime in our 24/7 National Control Room.

Our off-site CCTV monitoring can also be integrated with audio hardware, therefore enabling us to communicate when necessary.
