Auto Dispatch

As part of our integrated approach to providing a high-quality armed response service, we introduce our auto dispatch module for our response units.

Our new and highly advanced software automatically dispatches our response units when our response units are required.

This feature enables us to perform the following key tasks when dispatching our response units:

  • Whenever there is a response situation, our highly advanced software tracks the current location of our response units on duty.
  • The software then automatically dispatches the nearest response unit to the relevant clients' premises, considering whether the response unit is on a current call or not.

ADVANTAGES OF OUR AUTO DISPATCH MODULE:

  • Faster reaction times than ever before.
  • No time wasting as the response unit is dispatch through the use of Google Maps - thus the fastest route to the premises of the client is used by the response unit.
Gate Opening

Premises Access

Through the use of a receiver installed in your gate motor, our response units can gain access to your premises when responding to an alarm situation.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

  • A unique access code is generated when an alarm signal is received.
  • This unique access code is communicated to the response unit whilst responding to the response situation.
  • Our reaction officer can then gain access to your premises to perform his duties.

ADVANTAGES OF GAINING ACCESS TO YOUR PREMISES:

  • This enables our response units to be responded directly to your premises without the need to collect keys for your premises at our offices. This decreases the responding time of our response units.
  • Our reaction officers can gain access to your premises, ensuring that our reaction officers can inspect every corner of your premises to identify any movement if there is any offenders at your premises.
